Decanted for just a few minutes . Opened up quickly . Blueberries at first giving away to blood, underbrush, herbs, and pepper. The more time in the glass, the more complexity. Medium bodied, medium acidity, medium-minus tannins. Long finish. Good with food.

Blackberry, floral potupurri, and vanilla on the nose. Super fragrant. The nose is replicated on the palate and it is super smooth with well-integrated tannins and acid. Very smooth with an incredible long finish. Elegant but big enough to pair with filet. Decanted for 2-3 hours. Excellent!

A bit disjointed at opening. Decanted for 2-3 hours and it started to come to life. Still very primary and youthful, as to be expected. Classic syrah profile that can definitely improve with age but I don’t think this has the structure to age for decades.

This needs time, but is showing a lot of promise. Densely packed core of blue and black fruits, classic syrah black pepper, bacon fat, and a really pretty floral note. Full bodied on the palate with pleasant acidity, but still the fruit still seemed restrained on day 2. Give this plenty of air if drinking now, but I think this is built for the long haul. Drink after 2025, but better after 2030.

This is really quite a fantastic wine. Leather and must on the nose with little to no sweet aromas. Tart blackberries and blueberries, tomatoes, hibiscus, cassis, meat, tar and herbs on the palate. Nice tannin and acidity both in balance. Went great with burgers !! NOTE: Air time definitely recommended.

A bit disjointed with noticable oak upon opening, better on day three and still opening up with air time, the nose with vanilla, plum, licorice and roasted nuts, dry, with blackberry, plum, dark currant, stones, smoke and licorice hints, lay these down, there is a ton of complexity that will slowly unfold
