  • This is just insane!! Medium gold color. Nose of lemongrass, butter, and subtle metallic tones. Super complex and more White Burg than Napa Chard. Medium plus depth and finish. Good luck finding it, if you do let me know, but I have my ways ;)

  • Don’t believe I’ve had the ‘18 vintage before. The same if not better than previous bottles and vintages. Balanced between butter and metallic flavors. Deep wine with a long finish. I’d put this up against any top Chard in the world and no one would guess it’s only £23!!! My favorite white!!

  • 92+ Allow time to breath and warm up and you'll be rewarded with a savoury side. Rapaura vineyard, 12m in oak then 6m in steel.

N: V savoury, nutty, rubber, waxed lemon, wet stones, preserved lemons, dried apricots, white peach flesh. Olive brine.

P: Very savoury, slate, salted peanuts, more preserved briny lemon. Grippy texture, just med acid (closer to room temp). Delicate. Lime juice. Good balance. Serious but still with drinkability. Zesty lemon curd.

F: Fresh sourdough, more salted peanuts.
