A bit aromatically challenged at this point but some raspberry starts to jump out with air. Medium-bodied, lean & focused black raspberry with a good dose of minerals & stone. Lovely CDP in a traditional style.

A remarkable white CDP that gains considerable weight and force on night two but retains the ethereal beauty I found on night one. Its floral, beeswax and herb characteristics remind me of a Savennieres, although the lively peach and lime characteristics do not. Completely balanced, great acidity, stony minerality, and tremendous, elegant, weightless length. Give this a good decant or cellar it a while for best results.

An evening with Frederic Coulon from Domaine Beaurenard (Perman): Fresh and floral nose, light bitterness on the nose.Soft, velvety, orchard fruit (apricot and peach) with again a light bitterness on the finish.
Balanced, very enjoyable.
