Light straw yellow color in the glass with aromas of fresh lemons, peach and nectarines. On the palate, light bodied, however the wine does have a noted level of viscosity. Engaging and well-balanced acidity with pre-dominant fruit flavors of lemons and peach. Clean fresh finish.

La couleur est presque transparente, très claire. Comparé au fiano, c'est très différent, beaucoup plus minéral, toujours une belle tension. Moins vineux, mais avec également une belle longueur. Très bien 89/90

Straw color, clean nose no faults, citrus, touch of white pepper, stone white fruit. Crisp palate with high tone aromatics, nice minerality, elegant balance of acid and fruit. Medium long finish. Should work with anything a Kiwi sauv blanc works with. Im thinking hot day, fried white fish, crisp skin morel cream sauce

IWS Sicily and Sardegna (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Peaches and cream, little sulphur underpin, touch of bacon fat, a little orange, kumquat, slight grapefruit notes with time. Palate a reflection of the nose, juicy acidity, clean, alcohol lends a little white pepper spice to the finish. Okay.

This had none of the bitterness of other Etna bianco I have had. Moderate white peach fruit and great minerality. This was lovely with food and on its own

Short note - greene apples, honey melon, lees, Greene gooseberries, herbacious, medium+ acidity, long finish dominated by a whiff of flint/smoke, quite comlpex and high concentration. Very good 90p

Light bodied, zesty acidity, citrus zest, some minerality and earthiness. Very fresh and bit floral. Nice summer wine. Blend of Carricante and Catarratto, classic Sicilian white grapes.

Tasted this wine at the online Graci wine tasting organised by Luigi's Wines: Zoom session with Alberto from Graci winery.
Made with 70% Carricante and 30% Catarratto. Pale greenish-yellow in colour, with a fruity, aromatic and herbaceous nose. The hints of citrus, lemon, and minerals add to the wine's intensity, complexity, and enjoyment on the palate. Good structure and salinity.
Very fresh with high levels of acidity. As the host puts it: the elegance, balance and finesse of the wine make this a very pairing for fish and shrimps.
Though the wine can be drunk now, suggest to cellar for a few years for the wine to age and mature before consumption.
A very delicious entry-level wine.

Graci Zoom tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, pronounced intensity, with aromas of white flowers, smoky flint, citrus lemon-0lime, Qoo white grape, cool stony minerality. Developing. On the palate, dry, very high acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of concentrated sweet thick citrus lemon-lime, green apple, smoke, flint, masses of stony minerality, sweet almond nut. Medium+ finish. Very good quality. Screams of personality and terroir. Can drink now and over the next 3-4 years as it develops also. 70% Carricante and 30% Catarratto.

Light straw colored.
Fresh nose of green fruit and flint.
The taste is minerally fresh, with green herbs, wet Stones and yellow fruit and flowers.
Full body with smooth edges and crisp acidity. Medium length aftertaste.
A decent glass with a simple meal or on its own.

Not bad - tart white fruit on the palate. Not overly complex, but pretty refreshing on a humid Summer day.
