This bottle was part of a mixed-case of wines from Piedmont selected by Pier and Chiara of Oneonthehill.
Medium ruby colour. Red fruit, forest berries, red cherry, rosewater, some milk chocolate, some coffee, spice, some vanilla and liquorice, with lively acidity, ripe, medium-fine, well-integrated tannin and good length. The medium- to full-bodied wine was a little rough around the edges, but solid and honest, with good intensity and a modern touch.
I recommend enjoying this wine young, now and over the next four or five years.

Light intense cherry red colour.
Floral and smokey aroma's with raspberry, red currant, rosemary, liquorice and a hint of lavender (?)
Fruity start on the palate with aroma's of raspberry, cherry, liquorice, cedar and spices. High tannins and a long finish
