Bright green apple and pear shine through with a little white peach on the finish that make this an accessible and very enjoyable sparkling wine from Napa. There's a slight sour note that provides complexity. Not yeasty but there's a minimal underlayer of toast to provide some roundness that balances the subtle minerality, both of which require some coaxing to reveal themselves. Overall a very nice California sparkling wine that's low of the bang but still has plenty of wow.
