Marzipan, roasted cashew, lemon curd, lime zest, graham cracker crust, yogurt, toast, pear, baked apple pie, and light vanilla. Pronounced complexity. Rounded well-integrated high acidity keeps this M+ (almost full-bodied) wine lively. Outstanding. Also, a good wine to share with a friend that mostly enjoys oaked Chardonnay.

Bit closed when first poured but opened up nicely in the glass. Quite aromatic. On the pallete, stone fruit and citrus, nicely rounded out with some bottle age. Racy acidity, slight bitterness on the finish a bit like citrus pith. Super long finish. Drank over two days and if anything, it improved by day 2. In a good place right now but I feel certain this will age with benefit for some years to come. Excellent stuff
