Definitely serve chilled. Cellar temp is a bit too warm for this fruity and crushable red.
Nose of black cherries and raspberries. Light bodied, fruity, and bright. Raspberries, black cherries, hibiscus, and strawberries. Mild firm tannins. Long finish of tart raspberries and twigs.

Popped and poured. Light garnet color. Zingy raspberry fruit. Went great chilled on a hot day with hamburgers. Excellent balance on this. There is a time and place for every wine. A 95 degree day in Seattle is a perfect day for this wine. A huge rich Zin or Brunello? Not so much. I love that there are people like Larry and Adam Sabelli Frisch in the business doing the opposite of the Meiomi and Caymus formula wines which are not my favorites. Glad there are people that march to a different drummer.
On day 2 fruit is a bit more muted but still going strong.

Great food wine here that will go with many dishes. I enjoy this fresher style of red once in a while and this fit the bill tonight. Pure fruit and flavors, you can really get a sense of the varietal character with this. Drinks like a heavier-bodied rose. Not a blockbuster, but super-interesting and enjoyable.

A peculiar one. Looks like a red but drinks like a rose. Strawberries and rhubarb on the nose, bright fruit with some herbaceousness. Medium acidity. Don't expect this to drink like a red. Drank at room temp but chilled is probably a better bet.

Yeah, this vintage was excellent as well. Quaffable and with enough complexity.

Light ruby color. Zesty acidity. Floral. Juicy. Some tang. I would give this a good chill.

Fun, easy. A but crunchy and green. Loads of brambly fruit. Med/light body, nice bright finish. Needs a bit of a chill
