Very light color (if I was handed a glass, I'd think it was nebbiolo), with high acid cherry notes, a bit of earth underneath, with a somewhat tannic finish finish. This was best with food, and we really enjoyed it with a porcini and tomato sauce pasta.

Seemed a little tight at first, but opened up nicely with some air. Delicate nose. Light, fruity palate. Cherries, mild baking spice, Some oak presence. Medium acidity and tanins, relatively short finish.

Fantastic food friendly Sangiovese from vines planted in oceanic sediment in the heart of the Brunello di Montalcino appellation in Tuscany. Medium body, juicy, ripe cherries, rhubarb, and a touch of mint.

Ok we have to give to the wine that it really impressed and punches way above its level and price tag. Yes indeed it is young and fresh but also soft but without feeling manipulated or push on either oak or ripeness level. HAs a freshness to it too and definitely one to have younger than older but really a very solid performance. 89-90

Perfect showing. Medium weight. Dark cherry fruits balancing with a touch of spice and medium fine tannins.
Magic with a pasta carbonara.

Held up well to homemade pizza. Seems to have gotten more structure and the tannins were balanced

Medium to light color, elegant in the mouth other than some bitterness. Suggest a year or two on this.

Crisp, sour cherry, balsamic, smoke, slight mace in finish. Light, zippy, good with food. Bright and dark at the same time, like a Nebbiolo.

Excellent QPR - bright and fruit forward, PNP with pizza, really ideal. Easy drinking not a wine for the cellar but very very enjoyable

Mild mannered. Fresh tannins with slight bit of depth. Nice young Tuesday red but can be overpowered by food.
