  • Pretty good - very Chenin. Pale yellow colour, a bit honeyed. Nose is dryer than some new world Chenin - not quite austere as there is fruit but it's as if the sugar was sucked right out of it. In that vein, there is unripe pineapple, lemon pith, yellow apple, a bit of sweaty sock (in a nice way!) and clotted cream - verging on meringue if you force it.

Yellow apple is quite prominent on the palate, as is beeswax. Acidity is not quite racy but is quite lively, and helped this wine compete with risotto. Finish is middling.

Quite nice and happy to get this on sale for $20. A nice sort of biodynamic wine - the "natural" qualities add nuance without taking over.

  • Note - Mine says biodynamic. Bought in UK

Nose is lovely with nice fruit and mineral notes
Palate has quince, mineral and nice acidity. There's some nice complexity to the profile. Drinks very nicely with food. Served with salmon this evening and paired well.
    Would buy again.

  • Belle fraicheur et rondeur, c`est fort gouteux.
Des pommes, du miel, de la poire,
un peu de beurre et une pointe d`herbes!
La finale est assez longue sur une impression de minéraux.
    Super bon.
