  • Day 1 Golden yellow. Initially a bit cold. 15 minutes in glass, started showing apple and overal buttery character. Some oak and mineral/wet stone elements but overall harmonious and balanced. Only medium length finish and moderate intensity. Feels a bit muted.
Day 2: Aromas are a little more intense but not dramatically so. Initially, the wine is subtle with a bit more "mineral" undercurrent, but I feel like the mid palate is lacking in character somewhat. More character and length on the finish. Very smooth.
