  • This was showing beautiful with a very classic profile of dusty beet root, soil, tobacco, sous bois, cinnamon stick and cedar coupled with a very deep core (in appearance as well) of red cherries. i guessed this to be QUITE younger than '64. This Vosne is attractive with autumn spice development and underbrush complexity taking form. Evident but balanced tannic structure and integrated acidity. BRAVO! Perhaps more vital than the '64 Bouchard Vosne AC tasted not too long ago but both wines were lovely!

  • Medium ruby with clear rim; high toned red cherry, beetroot, real depth of just secondary fruit character (in a ‘64??), great dusty nose, sous bois, clove and cinnamon, cannabis. Seemed 20 years younger than it is. Classic. 93+
