A very saline mineral nose, along with hints of mint and citrus. The palate is direct and crisp, showing excellent detail and flavour intensity. It has a seriously chalky base and finishes with good cut and persistence. Still extremely youthful and quite tight.

Light gold Quite tight grapefruit oyster shell flavors that continue to fill out the palate. While quite taut at this moment (defintely hold) this is quite impressive.

Chablis Domain Visits-Louis Michel, Pinson, and William Fèvre (Chablis, France): Light to medium yellow. A bit of reduction. Elegant weight, discrete bitter citrus pith, excellent soil and acidity. Classic dry flavors.
