  • Really not my style of white Burgundy.

    I have loved Bruno's reds but this was just too ripe and flabby and lacking acidity for what I seek in a Burgundy Chardonnay...

    Very ripe citrus fruits and mature fruits in general with some overripe tropicals as well. Very warm and ripe and you can sense the alcohol and heat. Wood, nuts and smoke are too dominating together with the ripe/mature fruits making it feel flabby as there's not enough acidity for my liking to back it up...

    Just too expensive at a restaurant for what I'm getting. I'm missing lightness, freshness, finesse and energy.
