So, this took a little while to turn around, as the cork was a little moist. On day 2 and forward it was working just great.
The sweetness as opposed to the alcohol and smokiness wasn't really in balance and in my opinion the sweetness won. This could possibly be aged a bit away but at this stage I'd perhaps rather pick up macvins from more established producers.
Raisins(yes), smokiness, marzipan.
