well balanced, moderate oak and a creamy texture - apricot and vanilla nose. Opened up after an hour and was truly enjoyable with sole baked with fresh tomatoes and herbs

I loved the 2003 regular bottling as a great value for a ripe Chardonnay taste, butter, oak, and good balance. Nothing exotic, but good and dependable. The 2004 Reserve is a more complex wine and more concentrated. You get glimpses of the ripe Chardonnay, butter, and oak, but there is much more there. At present, the rest of it is uneven, but surely with time the wine will improve. Be patient after opening...you'll be rewarded.

Quite syrupy and slathered with oak, but also some nice citrus and stone fruit. A crowd pleaser.

Not a fan of this style. Some tropical fruit and some oak. Finish is (mildly) butter.

Deep layers of apricot and peach; some heat and chalk but some smoothness in finish.
