Im Gaumen filigran, was für eine Eleganz, das schwebt über die Zunge, zeigt ein reife Frucht, unterlegt mit cremigem Schmelz und einer gut integrierten Säurestruktur, der Wein schreit nicht, ist zurückhaltend und erhaben, hinterlässt im Abgang einen Mix aus Zitrusfrüchten und exotischen Gewürzen.
