  • In a transitional phase, moving from an overly acidic, thin wine to an acidic (thin?) sherry.

    Quite delicious, but unbalanced.
The acidity is far too high for my taste, especially with the thin constitution.
This wine is at a crossroads.
Will likely be more pleasing in 10-15 years from now.

I can't tell which is true:
    - a wine pre-dying its first death or possibly
    - a wine in its mid-revived pre-dead stage.
    Difficult to tell.

Bone dry, promising a brighter future.

Finding absolutely no pointers to Chenin blanc…

More a curiosity than a pleasure.
