P n P. Dark with no sediment. Big fruit driven nose that was very floral and had a nice big dark berry edge to it. A nice weighty wine wine a new world fruit driven flavor profile.. Some nice tannins to give it some structure but very open tonight, nice balance to this new world wine from Paso. It will be nice to pop my 06 and see how they compare.

A nice wine, but not as great as I was hoping! Lovely dense strawberry and spice characters on the nose. The palate was deep, dense and a little overwhelming. Lots of wood and stiff tannins.

Really enjoyed this wine. Serious buttered popcorn and vanilla on the nose. Palate reminded me of some of the Spanish heavy-weights that I have had (Alto Moncayo, Clio, etc..) Much better bottle than I thought it would be. (92+)

Opened two hours prior to drinking. Great bottle. Nose of brightred rasberries, milk chocolate, cocoa and a hint of heat and spice. Palate was dominated by more red berries and spice. Had nice structure with razor sharp tannins attacking the tongue on the entry and a long finish of pure chocolate and vanilla custard. Wish I had another bottle.

Nose: rich dark fruit: blueberry and blackberry. Somewhat tight.
Body: violet colored - very dark. Medium-full bodied. Very tannic.
Taste: This wine is pretty tight right now, although it did open with some time in the glass. I would recommend at least a one hour decant if drinking now. I got a strong sense of green banana peel, a hint of American oak, and some muted dark berry flavors. This wine is a bit hot as well. For drinking now, this would rate more around 83-85, but I'm giving it a higher score because I think 3-5 years in the cellar would help this wine show its true colors.

No formal notes. Not remarkable in any way, but very nice all around.

06 is much better. Drink this now. No way it holds up much longer.

Didn't take any notes, but pretty nice and had the Justin styling to it.

Nice, better after 20-30 min. Could still use another year or so.
