1 hour decant, 60 F. Light translucent ruby color. Raspberry fruit, a touch of earthy funk and a hint of vanilla on the nose. Light body, light acidity, light tannins with the slightest bit of velvety texture. No noticeable heat. Fresh strawberry, cranberry, candied raspberry and cherry fruit on the palate. Light hint of spice. Slightly drying finish that lingers a bit. May improve over the next 2-3 years. Decent QPR as burgundy goes.

Not enjoyable as a pop and pour. Served to less discerning family who didn't seem to mind, but this was not gonna be something Rose and I would drink.Subsequently learned Rose purchased a few of these for cooking purposes only

Pnp; Acidic and tart but did seem to smooth out a bit after being open for a while. Definitely recommend drinking with food (drank with salmon with lemon wine sauce and asparagus)

Medium garnet colour. Hard to get much bouquet but some strawberry, mushroom notes come through. Palate is difficult sour notes indicating some TCA flaw.

May have re-fermented in the bottle, with a slight almost imperceptible fizziness. Lacking complexity with muddled flavors of tree bark and cherry. Grippy texture, but lacking structure.

Easy drinking pleasant Bourgogne. Tasting of dark cherry, moderate tannins, good acidity with moderate length. This will age well and will add on more complexity and weight on the palate in another 2 years. But is a great PNP wine now.

Pale ruby colour. Medium and developing nose with blackcurrant, dried herbs and black pepper. Medium taste of blackcurrant, dried herbs, black pepper and cloves. Medium long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium tannins. Medium body. A good Bourgogne Rouge that lacks some complexity. Drink now. Goes well with poultry, pork or veal.

From a 375ml bottle. Aired in the bottle for one hour before pouring. Earthy, minerally and floral on the nose. Medium bodied, smooth and supple, a bit volatile with dark cherries, red fruit, candied notes, some mineral. Good acidity and gentle tannins. This is challenging to score but I guess more cellartime is recommendable. 87-88.

medium + acid, fine grained tannin, dark cherries and raspberries, a bit of oak spice and earthy under current. Clean, well balanced, could use a year or two to settle and integrate.

Earthy aromas and taste with some tarte cherry, black fruits, pomegranate and oak. Slight dry finish. I think this wine should be consumed in 2023 and beyond, still needs time in the bottle

Not much to this wine. Very light weight with little fruit. For QPR I much prefer Oregon Pinots.

There are way better Pinot Noirs out there for the price ($26 CAD) - maybe not Burgundy but certainly New World. Or, buy a 375ml of a decent Burgundy.

Fruit on the nose. Sour on the palate. Not worth it in my book.

Ruby in colour, and fruitier than other Pinot's on offer on the night of tasting. There is a green tone to the wine, however it is quite earthen.

Nose: Red fruits. Floral. Medium intensity.
Palate: Strawberry. Cranberry. Lavender. Medium plus acidity. Medium minus body. Medium minus intensity. Medium minus finish.
Solid wine, classic. However, it’s a bit expensive for what it is.
