Coravin'd a glass after dinner. Translucent throughout the glass, there's flowers and framboise on the nose, with red and black fruit, a bit of spice and just enough structure across the palate.
Easy drinker on its own, I can see this pairing well with a variety of foods. 75/25 Syrah/sangiovese, I enjoy how the Syrah component provides interest while the Sangiovese makes this so approachable.

Nothing actively horrible but there is no fruit to speak of. Opened two bottles because I thought the first was corked but there is nothing but dry tannin and disappointment
