From 375ml. Upon opening opening, is EXTREMELY floral/violet with pronounced acetate nose upon opening (smells just like my wife's nail polish remover). Remarkably, MOST blows-off over 30 min with just a hint of volativity remaining. All that said, this could be delicious after 5-10 yrs in the bottle.

Meh. Too young. Needs years to really shed the baby fat. Not complex enough, a bit too bright of fruit to tell this is spring mountain. 2 hours of air helped, but it’s still not near its true potential.
Personally, I prefer Pride at 8-10 years old. The characteristics developed are well worth the time invested. This may need the full 10 to really develop its tertiary aromas and flavors.

From magnum. Medium ruby. At once a very savory and very opulent Cabernet. On the nose this offers aromas of fresh black cherries and dried blackberries complicated by notes of baker's chocolate, baked earth, grilled bread and lavish oak spice. On the palate this is full bodied with medium acidity, notably soft, pliant tannins, a touch of alcoholic heat and crowd-pleasing sweet black fruit and oak flavors. Not the last word in complexity, but this should make the steakhouse bros very, very happy.

This Pride is a tad young but in its enjoyment window IMO. Subtle but pronounced red and black fruits are well displayed on the aroma and palate. Hints of cigar box and oak compliment this wine and does not overpower it. Feels a tad sharp in the mouth but the alcohol and tannis are in balance. A 1 hour decant will help this to display all of its goodness. Already looking forward to the next swing at this wine perhaps next year.

PnP. Still very young, but showing really well. Black fruits, red cherry, anise, fig, sage, floral and black truffle aromas. The palate is dense and compact, loaded with flavor. Layer of black and red fruit, sandalwood, graphite and forest floor, anise. Smooth tannin in the long finish. Very good now, but will reward aging.

2022 anniversary dinner paired with Elk backstrap, mashed potatoes and asparagus. Decanted 2.5 hours and it was delicious only being 3 years old. Can’t wait to drink the other two bottles in 3 and 6 years from now.

Medium nose shows black plum, blackberry, violets. Palate is tasty drink now style, black fruits, some herbal tones, medium plus tannins are very smooth, medium body is a little lighter than expected, finish could use a bit more length for the price point, but overall excellent wine. Their reserves are more for cellaring.

To be fair it has been some years since I've had the cab and most Pride that I've drunk of late has had some more years on it. This is just a straight up baby which is a bit hard. They are still comfortable with oak and that's there although perhaps not too crazy. It's just big. Helped to decant (should have decanted from the beginning but wine service at a big work dinner wasn't necessarily looking to make work for themselves and so even when I got our table's wine decanted I don't think it flowed through). Alas so it goes. It was quaffable. Perhaps with time even quite enjoyable. Just too young.

January 8, 2022. With Aline, kids, Pat and Wally. Hint of blackberry and cherry. Dark purple. Full body tannins soft even middle with light cherry and blackberry and touch of chalk. Would improve with cellular time. 8/10.

I suspect this is a bad bottle or bad cork. Attempted 1 glass and tossed wine
