Last tasted 3 years ago and time has been good to it! Same notes but it seems more integrated and lush. I really enjoyed this wine. Enjoyed with cheese but a good choice to stand alone enjoyment or with lighter fare foods.

Really beautiful. Maybe not super standout for its level, but a gorgeous Chard with both richness and elegance. A bit reticent right now, but not closed. Notes of lemon bars, almond, vanilla bean, powdery and dense, and beautifully integrated acidity. Felt like a sort of "predictable" version of an excellent chard that needs a few years in the cellar- new-world in terms of richness, just a contemporary version, not even close to overdone. Easy 94-95 with some bottle age, and it could probably go for a while.

Although there are beautiful aromatics coming through, this wine is so soft and approachable with its delivery, it is what makes this Chardonnay so “craveable”. White fleshy fruits, meringue; just delicious.

Golden straw colored, medium bodied, crisp smooth balanced refreshing pear and apple fruits with notes of lemon zest, melon and nuts, turning to a polished acid laced finish. https://unwindwine.blogspot.com/2023/04/sea-smoke-santa-rita-hills-chardonnay.html

Both the nose and palate are bundled with citrus fruits, almond extract and herbal elements. This wine is medium+ in body with a creamy mouthfeel and enough acids to hold this together and then some.
A beautiful finish with herbal and mineral components, a crowd pleaser.

Aromas of green apple, white flowers, citrus and toasted almonds. Excellent creamy suave texture that glides across the palate with rich, medium to full bodied fruit notes that shows hints of wet stone and great freshness. Lots of layers and good length. The only knock on it is there isn't quite the crispness of acidity and limestone driven minerality to make it more complete. Very nice wine.

Classic California -- or, more specifically, classic Santa Rita Hills. A Chard that does it all -- fruit, acid, minerality and a touch of vanilla.

Pale straw in color. Pear and peach on the palate with medium to light acidity. Creamy and buttery on the palate with a very light hint of oak.

Good ripe apple, pear, pineapple flavors. Rich but balanced and definitely more like a Montrachet than a overly Oaked California Chard.

Open cold (fridge temperature). We like the wine to warm up and change during the course of the evening.
Initial nose of gooseberry and petrichor. Full, creamy mouthfeel. Lemon zest, orange on palate? Maybe a little bit of stone on first glass as well .
As it warmed up, maybe stone fruit (peach) on the nose. More oak on the palate now as well.
