Opened this over Christmas holidays, an ideal time to drink a wine like this. Deep ruby in the glass. Right off the nose you can smell a blast of ripe & dried fruit (fig, plum, cranberry, cherry), mocha, vanilla, plum jam. Body is big, but so smooth, you don’t feel like you’re drinking wine. Everything is in check here, perfectly balanced and ready for business. The best vintage of this Dingač to date, but unfortunately it went down too easily.

very enjoyable also this time, compared to last time, more sweetness at the end but I think, this is because of a much better aeration. to keep in the cellar, it can age still quite a lot!

tasted through Coravin dark red ruby colour, nose remembered me a lot the Amarone´s flavours. in the mouth fruity maybe more on the plums side, sour and tannic not exactly balanced. to keep in the cellar for a the least 5 years!
