On the smell, I get a floral and buttery impression. This dominates the stony minerality and freshness that I would have preferred, although there are hints of lemon alongside the riper fruit notes of apricot and white fruits.
In the mouth, everything is “medium”, it seems. It is positive that the wine is not too broad-shouldered, which could happen in a warm year like 2020. On the other hand, the flavours are a bit short-lived, making this Bourgogne Blanc seem watered down. -- Full tasting note on my website at DMueller.com.

Citrus and apple on the nose with added light buttery taste on the palate. Balances medium acidity with roundness well but lacks a little bit of intensity and length. Might have been worth cellaring a little longer to see if it improved.

Camping, birds chirping, firewood being chopped, kids playing, my Spotify SK Canada Folk playlist running. With bbq chicken and salads. I have not been a fan of chardonnay, ( too much cheap oversmoked in the past) but this wine is good enough to serve to friends who appreciate wine. I would keep some of this around. Slightly acidic, food worthy, but good on its own, very versatile.

Pale lemon colour. Medium (-) and developing nose with yellow apples, lemon and vanilla. Medium (-) taste of yellow apples, lemon and vanilla. Medium long and dry finish. Medium acidity. Medium body. A good Bourgogne Blanc from Magnum bottle that lacks some complexity and lenght. Drink now. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.

Notes of lemon, pineapple and apple spice with fresh acidity and a balanced structure. Butter, cream and caramel aftertaste wrapped in steeled like acidity. Great now to 2025.

St Martin 4th day. A little bit unbalanced as the acidity is the dominant nite on this wine. Bright notes sharp and tangy.

Light fruit taste. Slight sweetness when not over chilled. Actually bouquet improves greatly at room temperature.
