  • The nose is the highlight of this wine with characteristic perfume of greco di bianco, lemongrass, a little citrus, perhaps a hint of a stoll ripening peach. The palate is admittedly simpler, easy to drink with decent acidity and minerals. Average finish that leaves you with a warm slightly sweet feeling.

  • Nothing fancy but still a nice simple wine.

  • A nice if rather simple wine, lemony citrus with white fruit, good acidity, not as complex or tasty as the Librandi Efeso though. Inexpensive, a little different, easily pleasing, a very satisfactory wine to open just because. Served with vegetarian pasta and marinated green beans and mushrooms.

  • Clear and bright, light golden color with a hint of greenish accent at the fringe. The nose presents with aromas of peach and lemon grass. The wine is refreshing and has sparkling acidity that transports flavors of melon, tropical fruit, and the aforementioned peach. The mouthfeel feels luscious, with Alsatian petrol, that coats the palate and lingers, along with the fruit, through and into the fairly long finish.
Although not a diminishment of the wine, it did initially taste sweet, for the stated 12.5% alcohol content, but this aspect receded to the periphery, and will likely be further integrated into the wine’s presentation, with food. A very well made alternative white, and given its intended oenophilic mission, an interestingly exotic and enticing warm weather quaffing wine.
