Decanted for one hour. Even more intriguing than the previous bottle (see TN). After a day under N2, it was really singing. Some real backbone here, but nothing over the top. Just a joy on the palate, wraps itself around your tongue and just pulls you in. Bravo!

The first act of a lovely birthday dinner. Electric melon, stone fruits, hints of creme brulee and burnt marshmallow. This wine is *lit* and I can't effuse enough about it!

So unique and incredibly enjoyable. I never thought I would describe a wine called ‘Chendawg’ as elegant and feminine…but the nose was so lacy (I think I just read that in another review), delicate florals but at the same time so complex. Light on the palate but so many flavors from lemon and green apple to fennel to Almond. This is indescribable. Maybe should have a higher score, this is tricky to rate.
C: yellow/orange Opened for Thanksgiving. Decanted 1 hr the night before. P: Nice! Medium/light weight, with just the right level of edginess. Long and intriguing, somehow at once delicate and lacy but robust. Worked well with Thanksgiving dinner.

About an hour and a half decant and continued over the course of the next two hours. This wine gets better and better the more airtime. Started with Hardy’s traditional chenin toasted marshmallow, vanilla, and lemon. From there this thing takes off and continues stay long throughout the night. Great young, but this will hit its stride in 3-4 years. 93-94+

This was delicious! Pop-and-poured, then followed the glass throughout a two-hour dinner. The nose developed in marvelous ways, gaining notes of fruit, vanilla, and even some banana. On the palate, gentle fruits, well-integrated alcohol, stone, a curious "hollow" sensation, and a vein of acidity tying it all together.
This wine was an absolute hit around the table, and true to the tasting notes, that little bit in the glass after the food was magic. My favorite of the 2019 release so far.

The best white I have had by Hardy. Complex flavors, multidimensional, intriguing to taste and contemplate. I was impressed with the first sip.

Alas, oxidized and bacterial. Maybe a cork flaw, but this was very off.

Lightweight but complex and wonderful with food. Huge array of fruit flavors and some real dry extract.
