After a short affair with New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc wines... I understood that the French guys know better 🥺 and this one from South Africa is not going to change my preference.
Nice Sauvignon Blanc, on the balanced and mild side of the spectrum, which I prefer 👏
Bright clear intense yellow color, with a vague shadow of cooper.
Light plus body. Medium acidity. Pretty crispy and mineral👏
Vaguely 👎 aromatic. Citrus & tropical fruits
Same on the palate plus apple, honey, anise, grass & a touch of butter👏
