powerful and pleasant Sforzato di Valtellina rooted by Nebbiolo grapes (locally named "Chiavennasca") benefitting from the "appassimento" wine-making techique of the grapes (typical of Amarone). Already in the first drinking window but seemingly potentially benefitting from at least two years of additional cellaring. After al long and rainy bike ride on the right bank of Ticino under the fallin rain.
