NobleRottersSydney - South Aust trip (1) Barossa (Yalumba/Lehmann/Vintner's): Straight Clare Valley cabernet, this. Deep deep red, dark chocolate nose. Strong capsicum, green bean & mint on palate. Very tannic & austere – winemaker working hard to overcome vintage conditions I suspect.
