  • Popped and poured in a burgundy glass. The wine is medium to dark garnet.

On the nose: soft red and black fruits, with a lot of freshness and aromas of a forest after a rainy day.

On the palate: this is quite astringent and you can tell this has a lot of potential. Will post more notes as it opens up, but my first impressions are notes of unripe strawberries, lot of spices and herbs with a leathery and lengthy finish.

After about an hour in the glass, the palate is full of red fruits, hibiscus, cloves, cardamom and fine tannins giving it that leathery finish. Lovely wine.
