Beautiful nose. Gave it two hours of air. Drinking spectacular also at this price point. Nice red fruit flavors with low tannins an good structure. Good acidity. Goes Better with the beef enchiladas I’m having with it.
Revisited the wine 6 days later. Not as strong as it was prior. Drink in the first few days.

I get some fruit on the nose. Tannins are semi soft but there. DEf takes some of the moist feeling from your palate. Prob should’ve given this bottle some more age but it still drank Like a well made Malbec. The fruit isn’t overpowering but it’s there. I get more darker fruits on the palate. M
After giving it some air in the glass it is singing. Better with food by the way. The fruit is leaning a lil toward red an dark fruits. The tannins are integrated a bit more an more harmonious. Just give this a bunch of air an see the diff for yourself.
On day two the wine is soo much softer. Almost turns feminine in nature. Smooth tannins. Soft acidity. Still dark fruit dominant but softer dark fruit flavors. It’s dark fruit character is intermingled with a tart red fruit flavor profile now vs yesterday. Rather drink on day 2 than day 1. Day 2 gets a 93+
