  • A very flavorful Sauvignon Blanc, with lime, lemon, lychee, perhaps some passion fruit. A crowd pleaser!

  • This light golden wine is comprised of 100% Sauvignon Blanc that was sourced entirely from the Crocker Estate in Saint Helena. It was fermented in a combination of concrete eggs (70%), French oak (29%, 20% of which was new) and stainless steel (1%). The wine was then aged sur lies for nine months. Immediately expressive upon popping and pouring, it offers aromas and flavors of lemon meringue, kiwi, pit fruits, honeysuckle and wet stones. Medium-bodied, vibrantly acidic and without any heat from its 14.4% alcohol, it weaves in subtle notes of oak that add complexity without overwhelming the fruit. Dense on the mid-palate and closing with good length, this is a top-flight version of the varietal that should be at its best over the next 2-3 years. Drink now-2026.
