This is no Barolo to me, sorry. Maybe I understood nothing, then please explain. This thing reminds me of beaujolais, c'mon. There's nothing of Barolo. No nose, no mouth. Too simple. Where's the strong tannins one expects in a Barolo that young? Where the earth, the aggressive and unexpressed potential of youth??

First Wednesday Wine Club (Francobollo, Haberfield): "Served blind. Red berry fruit with a little black hued underpin touch of sweet and savoury spice; slight alcohol warmth. Juicy, tangy, tight chalky tannins are drying, cedar, touch of alcohol warmth, dark hued fruits. Italian, piedmont, Barbaresco, warm recent vintage"

Young but pleasant. Needs 4-5+ years minimum. Pleasant nose and palette but muted finish.

Still young but the nose is too die for here. Loved to be able to afford more bottles to see how this will age

Disappointed! Maybe too young … bitter taste at the end… nose was promising though

Tasted after 2020 Sito Moresco. More tannic structure here, also more depth. This is quite backward and a little tight. Long and fine finish. 92-93+
