    from east-facing vineyards with stony, clayey limestone terraces
    high up the ‘slopes of schiste’ above the village of Séguret.
    Manual harvest and sorting.
    Traditional vinification by natural yeasts with regular pump-over.
    Aged up to 22 months in French oak, 1/2 in used 228 L barrels
    and 1/2 in 600 L demi-muids.
    14.5% Abv. Vegan.
