Dense, extremely smooth, fruity on the nose and palate. Definitely drinking very well now and with potential for a few more years in the cellar. Excellent cab.

Purchased retail, stored in cellar at 55 deg. Popped, used half of bottle for cooking. 2 oz's poured for tasting prior to use in cooking. Garnet color. Simple nose with light cherries. Currants on the palate; a bit acidic. Short finish. Will refrigerate and preserve remaining 1/2 bottle for cooking use.

Enjoyed - needed some time to open up to really hit the right notes. Used some to flavor braised lamb shanks and it added great flavor.
