Darker color, bronze like. Minimal bubbles but you felt them on the palate. With orange sherbet and raspberries this finished us for the night. Burnt honey and apricot flavor. Drink to enjoy!

Dark amber but not oxidized. Almost no carbonation but still a touch. Not overly sweet and very well balanced. I'm surprised it's held up so well, no reason to hold any longer.

The wine was very dark amber and had lost all carbonation. The flavors were very primary for a dessert wine, but I guess that was due to the defect. The viscosity was also very low/thin which is not common for ice wine, but maybe if it had its carbonation it wouldn't be noticed.

Very crisp, refreshing, light golden hue, not too many tiny bubbles...........went well with the white chocolate that it accompanied. Hints of apricot and orange peel, raisins and marmalade with a very grapey finish that is sweet, but not too overbearing. Some say that the bubbles are out of place, but I thought they made it a bit more interesting. I'll buy a bottle to replace this one tomorrow.

Otis opened a 375ml bottle of this at his CDP. Perhaps it was the fact that I tried this after about 40 red wines; but, this was the best of the 3 bottles that I have had of this wine. Very crisp, refreshing and tropical. 94 points.

Dark color, ever so light effervescent bubbles, a real delight. Dri

Tiny bubbles, sweet nectar like but not cloying. Peach and pineapple. Interesting.

My trip to Napa, Part 4: Montelena, Phelps, Darioush, lunch at Tra Vigne, Dinner at Bouchon and a nightcap (Napa Valley, California, USA): This is one of those wines that makes you ask why they made it. It certainly had me questioning why I put it in my mouth. Very odd.

Very odd. Why? The nose is great, however, with over ripe peach and honey. The bubbles seem really out of place.
