I had heard good things about this producer, but this is generic California Pinot, lacking in tannins or even much fruit besides black cherry soda pop.

The Sixth Annual Blind Tasting of American Pinot Noir (Houston, Texas): Retail $30. Under screw cap. Dark, near opaque, with the darker slate of fruit aromas: black cherry, dark raspberry, hints of spice, and earth. Much the same on the palate, with great balance and a lengthy finish. Nice. Outstanding. 93 Points.
Fun notes of plump, red fruit, spices, and toast. Shows a meatiness on the palate, with New World ripeness, textures, and flavors that are backed by enough brightness to keep it honest.

Tasted from winelist at Catch-35, Naperville, (IL). Garnet colored with a slight brownish hue, medium bodied, black plum, black cherry and black raspberry fruits are accented by notes of black tea, dusty rose, dried cranberry, spice, herbs and hints of anise on the dusty finish with medium acidity. https://unwindwine.blogspot.com/2023/09/siduri-pinot-noir-at-catch-35-naperville.html

Nice little pop-n-pour Pinot from Siduri, I bought this at Total Wine passing through Overland KS., and for $25 you can’t beat it. Lovely nose, great balance, red fruits and and hints of camphor on the nose.

Light, fruity, easy. Very low tannin, mostly undetectable. Enjoyable. Would buy again in 25- range or less.
