  • This was the decanted in the fridge for about three hours. It really starts to open up after five hours into robust tones of red apples, lanolin, candied lemon, vanilla bean, kumquat, pears, nectarines, yellow flowers, and a touch of mineral notes. The Medium/full bodied feel is plush and textured with razor, sharp high acidity. This is an excellent, young Chenin Blanc that does need some time to sort itself out. While this could age for 15+ years, this will probably be at its best in the next five after it sheds some of its baby fat.

  • Very light golden lemon- crystal clear. Nose is less candied than the domaine. Floral and gardeny (Pine). On the palate great acidity. Floral entry with perfect mixture of citrus fruits and a long chalky finish
