  • One of the top single vineyards from Clemens, elegant and pure expression of terroir. Fermented in old large oak barrels for 10 months. Pale straw colour, green hue. Intense aroma of white apricots, wild flowers, wet stone, pears, bergamot. Palate is velvety and elegant, feels bit closed, requires another 3-5 years in bottle. Savoury and spicy flavours intertwined with stone fruits and mineral stony and flinty notes, well integrated medium+ soft acidity.
