  • Pretty good Chardonnay, I thought this compared well with Burgs far more expensive. Interesting flavor of peach and flowers, quite savory. Fresh acidity well balanced with restrained oak. Lingering finish. Drank over 3 days and noticeably fell off on days 2 and 3.

  • From 75cl screwcap, P+P at Fin Boys Cambridge. Exquisite struck match, fresh sea breeze and classy white fruit (peach? something citric) on the nose; light-bodied entry with bright acidity, lighter than the citric fruit action leading on the mid-palate. Very light, very fresh, the buoyancy belies its concentration. We felt a little guilty robbing the cradle this evening, and surely this will gain a little mid-palate weight and thus come into even clearer focus given another couple of years in bottle. Superb, worth the price of admission. 93(+?)P

  • The bouquet is still a bit locked but shows some beautiful vanilla. On the palate full bodied and complex with pineapple, firm acidity and a slight touch of sweetness in the finish. Still to young, but good potential. Wait 3 – 5 years. 92++
