This is quite good - soft, engaging, white tree fruit with enough acidity to carry a nice finish. I love Oregon chard and this is good. Not “where are my socks,” but good. I’m happy with my now five bottles. I’ll revisit this over the next couple years - I don’t see any particular upside or downside over the next 5 years.
