Stone fruit and honey on the nose and a complex palate shot through with almond, honey, lemon pith and baking spice. Surprisingly creamy and mouthfilling with nice length on the finish. This is certainly in the upper echelon of white CdR, but although all the components are present, this seems a tad disjointed right now. Looking forward to seeing how this develops over the next few years, and it may well merit a higher score in future.

Incredible value. Plenty of spice and layered complexity with notes of candy apple, honey, apricot and ripe red apple. Juicy acidity and a touch of alcoholic warmth. Flavours have that oaky, ginger spice to pair with the butterscotch and apricot. Slightly creamy. Excellent length. Will be better in a year or two.

Tsaknakis portfolio tasting (Oinoscent): Oily, lime, green fruit, herbal notes, grapefruit peel, lemon leaves, some wax notes, thin nutty frame Palate better showing nice structure, 14%, same flavor profile although greener, rose water notes, warmth, full body, some leafy hints in the med finish

This wine has a richness, maybe grenache blanc, peaches, medium bodies, stands out from the sea of cotes du rhone blancs I have been trying
