Supposedly a rose, by now the color is a super dark brown, nearly black with a red hue when shining a torch through.
Lots of creme brulee, toffee, candied sugar, rhubarb, despite the richness this doesn’t feel overly sweet and the acidity lifts it up resulting in a very elegant wine. Perfect drinking window

Amber tot koperkleurig. In de neus abrikoos, pruim, krenten en honing. In de smaak mist wat concentratie, waardoor de score wat lager uitvalt.

Awesome dessert wine. Perfect balance. Not overly sweet in the least bit. Well aged right now.
