Lively acidity even at age 14. Toasty pie crust, lemon peel, baked apple. Medium to full body with deep and intense flavor. Finish is starting to drop off a bit quick.

Focused with green apple, yeast and vanilla liqueur flavors that mingle nicely on the detailed palate. A bit more taut than the '03, with a long, mineral-y finish.

This really was a very, very good Champagne. Light, balanced, rich, and with a nice underlying complexity. A wonderful gift from a good friend. Thanks David.

This isn't a Champagne knock-off, nor is it trying to be. It's all Cali. . .ripe apple, pear and light bread. Fruit-forward, yes, but not overwhelmingly so, and the yeasty component comes through well enough. Loved the tiny bubbles too. Think this one will last for awhile; it tasted quite fresh and delicious.

Lemon curd, almond, shaved white chocolate flavors. Medium body with a yeasty dry finish. If you prefer older bubbles, this is the way to go.

Mature and concentrated aromas and flavors of fresh baked sour dough bread along with crisp citrus fruit. Long finish with balanced acidity.

Yum! This was better than we expected. Strong bubbles and clean taste with a hint of sweetness. Would definitely buy again.
