This is a nice, easy drinking Zinfandel. On the aroma side this wine is a little bit too suttle with mostly berries and spices on the nose. The flavors are fruity and "plummy", with a hint of earth and black cherries. It has a short finish of oak and blackberries. A good value.

Quite a woody, earthy smell after decantation. Sharp taste, perhaps with a slight vinegary twinge to it that dissipates to a woody aftertaste with time. Good as an accent to sweeter meats.
