Bright disc. Medium/deep ruby with red rim. Clean nose, showing moderately intense "vinous" characteristics, with some blackberry, blueberry, dust and underbrush. Medium-bodied on the palate, with relatively high acidity and medium, supple tannins. The mid-palate hollows out and the finish is short. This is a simple, inexpensive, "easy to understand" wine which is pleasant for everyday drinking.

good value ($9.95 at Costco), not a lot of depth, but a good wine
