Nice light nose of lemon and peach and a whiff of vanilla, Palate was acidic and unbalanced with pineapple and almond, with a touch of oak. It also needed a little more chill.

A simple, clean, pleasant Cali chard. The fruit leans toward the apple/pear side of the spectrum with plenty of citrus, there's a richness to the texture but little overt oak. Played nicely with food.

I rate this as a pretty ordinary California Chard, one where it looks to me like the winemaker was aiming for Chablis and missed. It is high acid, very dry and metalic, but without the necessary mineral balance or fruit. Just not my cup of tea. For $20, WAY over-priced! Considering the other comments, maybe a flawed bottle?

Good, not over-oaked, quite a fair representation of a Napa Chardonnay. Wouldn't really seek it out again though. I'd rather have either more of a buttery chard or more of a flinty one. This is halfway to nowhere in style, but certainly a pleasant enough bottle.

This is a nicely balanced and straigt forward Californian Chardonnay. Fresh and fruity. A little butter fatness and vanilla flavours nicely balanced by a fresh acidic touch

In a blind tasting I might have guessed this was from Burgundy. It has a little funkiness in the nose. Very crisp with juicy fruit flavor. Okay maybe it is a little full for a Burgundy but it sure leans that way compared to most California Chardonnays. We tasted it next to the 2008 Lewis Cellars Sonoma County Chardonnay. Both had a rich fruit flavor but the Lewis was creamy and smooth and the Au Bon Climat was crisp and juicy. We like them both but the Lewis cost three times as much. That makes this wine a major home run.

This is a straightforward, decently made and enjoyable Chardonnay. It's not going to completely blow your mind but it also will not disappoint. A nice mix of fruit and texture without too much oak makes for a decent value.

Light gold color. Nose of baked apples and lemon curd. On the palate, the fruit profile is similar; while it shows some oak, the fruit really shines through, along with a hint of minerality. Nice acidity focuses flavors, taking them through a long, warm finish. Lovely stuff, a great representation of So Cal chardonnay and an excellent QPR.

Bright, light yellow. Melon, crisp citrus & mineral aroma. Pineapple, melon & green apple flavors with a bit understated but very nice acidity for a medium / long finish

Mid gold. Pineapple and pear with evident oak. Nice, but nothing special.

Agree with aranpura - this wine is neither here nor there but perfectly fine as a glass with lunch.

Pale, you need to be very alert to notice it. But when you do, then it is quite rewarding

Nice example of a fresh, straightforward SB chardonnay. Light, acidic, tropical fruit. Very similar to Alma Rosa.
