A nuanced aroma that first showed some dried date fruits and aceton. Later on it opened up more and even strawberries and cocoa came up. I didn't like the taste as much as the aroma but it was an interesting wine.

Dried fruit on the nose and brownish deep color from the ripasso method. Still very bright fruit and acidity. The acidity lightens after being open an hour or so.

Dark berry and a slight raisin aspect to this. Medium body with a little earthiness. Decent wine and tasty. ($16)

Muted nose. In fact, this bottle seemed a little muted in general. Would like a little more going on. 85-87

A little disappointing given all the nice Rippassa out there!

Good nose, Smooth start, then a little less than I would have liked on the finish! Not one to repeat, however, I have a few more to go.
