Several years ago, in Spain, I was taught that Roses could be highly interesting, complex wines, demanding of the same degree of respect afforded to their blanco and tinto cousins. This wine, unfortunately, is not a Rose to change your mind about Roses. It is however, very drinkable and blanced. Good acid and minerals, with lighter fruit on the nose. Drank chilled with dinner.

Not a very intriguing wine, but if served chilled on a warm evening, still a satisfying wine. Simple nose that smelled of what I thought might be pomegranette. Low dose of acidity on the front with a smooth finish.

Similar to last bottle. Started with some aged Parmesan drizzled with aged Balsamic. Then crispy coconut chicken & rice/veggies. A very nice enjoyable wine.

Not much on the nose that I can decipher, but I didn't expect much from a Rosé. It is aromatic to a certain degree. Nice refreshing fruit on the palate, with decent acidity. I can almost taste some of the bits of spice I sometimes get from Zins. I don't drink much Rosé, but all in all it is a very nice one.

Perhaps this is not my type of wine. It did not offend me in any way but it really had almost nothing to offer. The color gives it the points to be almost 80 - very pretty. Nothing on the nose... no crisp acidity and almost no taste at all. I'm not sure what this would be good with. I think that a great Rose is very tough to make... I'm sorry this did not get there for me.

Pleasant enough, but needs to be chilled. I drank the first glass as cool, but not cold, and chilling it later definitely improved the flavor.
